Litigation, including worker’s compensation defense, subrogation, products liability, veterinary malpractice defense and licensing, insurance coverage, insurance defense litigation and review and enforcement of employment agreements
Practice Profile:
Mr. Craver’s practice involves working closely with insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured corporations in defending a variety of litigation matters in the areas of worker’s compensation, subrogation, products, premises and nursing home liability cases. Additionally, Mr. Craver defends veterinarians throughout the state of Indiana in malpractice actions and represents them on professional licensing issues. Mr. Craver graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science degree in psychology. In 1998 he received his J.D. degree from Indiana University and was admitted to the state of Indiana and Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana that same year. Mr. Craver is the Chairman of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Worker’s Compensation Defense Section. Mr. Craver lectures frequently on worker’s compensation and subrogation issues both locally and nationally.
