Rori L. Goldman

Rori practices law at both the trial and appellate levels, focusing on premises liability, professional licensing defense, veterinary malpractice, and worker’s compensation. She is a frequent speaker on professional licensing matters. Rori has also earned a reputation for excellence in legal writing and has served as appellate counsel in over 50 appeals.

Rori enjoys a broad practice ranging from defending professionals in licensing and malpractice matters to representing small and large business against premises and worker’s compensation claims. Regardless of the practice area, Rori enjoys a reputation as a thorough and aggressive opponent, while always maintaining a level of professionalism. She regularly educates her clients with a focus on proactive risk management and limiting exposures. In addition to her trial practice, Rori continues to excel in her appellate practice. She has participated in over 50 appeals before the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court and United States District Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
